Features

■ Low elongation

the steel cord conveyor belt requires a take-up travel of a max. of 0.25% or less than one-sixth travel required for the fabric conveyor belt.

■ Good troughability

The steel cord belt reinforced with two layers of TRC(Transverse Reinforcing Cord) is normally the best suited for use in ordinary cases

■ Pulley diameter can be made smaller
Each steel cord bearing the belt tension is composed of wires of small diameter and therefore is more flexible than ordinary steel cables.

■ Long spans

The belts are suitable for large span, long distance transportation of materials

■Inspection of the belt with X-rays

Users can X-rays to inspect damages of the skeleton steel cords on the conveyor machines to prevent accidents from happening.
